Who we are
Kristen Householder- Founder and Lead Biller
In May 2019, I accompanied my daughter, Jess, to Stautzenberger College to sign her financial aid paperwork—never expecting that I would leave that day as a newly enrolled student in the Medical Billing and Coding program, set to begin classes the following Monday. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Stautzenberger College in March 2020 with my certification in billing and coding. I then continued my education at Bryan University, earning an Associate’s Degree in Health Information Management, again graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2021. After completing my degree, I obtained both my CPC and CPCO certifications through AAPC.
I have been working in the medical billing field since April 2021 and currently support providers across multiple states, including Ohio, Louisiana, South Carolina, West Virginia, Florida, Arizona, Indiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Tennessee.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time on our 300+ acre family farm with my husband of four years. Together, we care for our registered Simmental show cattle and assist with daily farm operations alongside my mother-in-law and his three brothers. We also love riding side-by-sides through the 1,200-acre wilderness preserve that borders our property, often accompanied by our loyal corgis. We are proud parents to four adult children—Jess, Tyler, Alex, and Travis—and grandparents to our grandson, Knox, who shares our love for cattle, corgis, and tractors.
Clear fees, clear communication—let’s talk billing.
