    Destiny Billing Solutions LLC provides medical billing and related administrative services to healthcare providers and other covered entities. In the course of providing these services, Destiny Billing Solutions LLC may receive, maintain, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and applicable federal and state laws.

    Destiny Billing Solutions LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and security of PHI through appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of health information.

    Our Role as a Business Associate

    Destiny Billing Solutions LLC provides services to multiple healthcare organizations under separate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). We use and disclose PHI only as permitted by our agreements with those organizations and as authorized or required by law.

    As a Business Associate, Destiny Billing Solutions LLC generally does not create or maintain the official medical record for patients and does not make independent decisions regarding patient care or treatment.

    Patient Rights and Requests

    If you are a patient seeking access to your medical records, requesting corrections to your records, obtaining an accounting of disclosures, or exercising other HIPAA rights, please contact your healthcare provider directly. The healthcare provider responsible for your care is the Covered Entity responsible for responding to HIPAA-related patient requests.

    Please do not submit medical records, insurance information, Social Security numbers, treatment information, or other sensitive health information through this website's contact forms unless specifically instructed to do so through a secure communication method provided by Destiny Billing Solutions LLC.

    Standard website forms and email communications may not be suitable for transmitting sensitive health information.
